We offer our CLG New Listing Facelift, where we will transform a yard that is in need of a little TLC into something show ready, all the way to a simple weekly or bi-weekly mow-blow-go (and edging of course, but it didn't sound as cool).

If you have listings that have been foreclosed or repossessed, the CLG Preservation Program offers services well beyond the lawn.  CLG can also provide services from handyman repairs to lock changes, and general cleanup of a property.  As you know, a distressed home can not only impact the potential sale or rental of the property, but impact other houses in the nehighborhood.

We are staffed and equipped for as many properties as you have, and of course offer incentives and discounts for multi-property work.  You select the scope of work to be done and the intervals, and then just get back to what you do...sell and manage.  We will, without fail, ensure that your potential buyer or renter's first impression is that of a beautiful lawn and outdoor space.
